We purchased this product after reading other positive user reviews. We have both been waking up with aches and pains from a horrible mattress that we're unable to switch. Our only hope was to find a mattress topper that could make the uncomfortable, nightmare-of-a-mattress tolerable. This product did that and more, and provided everything it promises! We now sleep comfortably, and the aches and pains have gone away! There was a slight factory smell to the topper when it was first opened, but it went away after about 12 hours of being out of the plastic.
