Giving it 3 stars for now. Will update as needed later. We ordered the big 7-9 x 10-6 (advertised size) rug. The rug we received is 7-11 x 10-4 actual size.

Issues are:
1. Size of rug does not match the description.
2. Color does not match photo. The photo and description show this rug as having nice reddish browns. The rug received is all black and gray - no browns at all. Looks like the machine ran out of red dye and they just made this rug anyway. The areas that should be red or brown are a flat gray color. It is really a very ugly looking rug.

Have requested a RMA. Waiting for a reply.
