The rug arrived promptly. Prior to ordering, I had e-mailed with Amazon representatives a couple of times regarding the color variation among the photos from the various providers. I did not receive an answer that I considered satisfactory. However, because of the good price, I ordered the 5x8 from amazon.com. Actually the color in the Amazon photo was most accurate. The background is more of a tan than a gold; I had hoped for more of a gold tone and had hoped that the majority of the photos showed the more accurate images. It turned out that the amazon.com image was the most accurate.
