I ordered this after reading reviews on other sites. It is soft and the colors will work well for the area I chose it for. My only concern is that it needs "professionally" cleaned so that will add to the cost of it. I bought this because I can't have a rug with a rubber back. This rug needs a rug pad otherwise it will be sliding all over the place. I have ran the vacuum over it a few times and it is doing well (no shedding or raveling). I think it will hold up rather well.
