I was a little leary about ordering a 10' x 13' area rug online but the color and pattern seemed to be perfect so I purchased it. Not only was the written description accurate, the color of the rug in person was exactly as it was depicted on the web-site. The rug is machine made but tightly woven and bound exceedingly well. It came professionally rolled with plastic strapping around the rug, placed inside a large, plastic bag which was then put into a large cardboard box. From the shipping information on Amazon, I expected the rug to get to me in about 15 days; after all, it is very large and weighs well over 100 pounds. A shipping update indicated when the rug was due to arrive, but I got a call from the local delivery warehouse 5 days after ordering the rug, telling me that they had received the rug and would I like it delivered the next day rather than a week later. Like I'd say "No," to that? All in all this was a great experience. The rug is better than advertised, well made and really worth the price. I would think that all rugs manufactured by Oriental Weavers to be of the same quality, so I'm very happy to recommend their products as well as Amazon's contractual shipping for this large item; it arrived about 10 days earlier than expected. 5 stars.
