The rack arrived in an undamaged box, but the top was not attached. After a lot of searching I found four tiny screws loose in the box; the top had come loose. The holes were either stripped, or too big to begin with, so I had to rummage up four bigger screws and screw the top back on. It looks fine now, and seems sturdy-ish, but not a great start.
