We waited quite awhile for the product to arrive; however, the seller was fantastic in keeping us up to date on the progress of the piece.
We had ordered a cabinet to match, so the cabinet and the paper holder both were re-worked by the Amish to guarantee the pieces matched.
In that the Amish do not have phones and communication, this took some time; however, the results are wonderful.
