The picture it self is exactly what I wanted, Had my eye on the print for a long time. I like the canvas transfer because it so light weight and easy to hang. I also like the simplicity of the look of canvas transfers without the look or fuss of an over bearing frame. This was my 1st canvas transfer purchase from this seller on Amazon. I do have quite a collection now from 2 other places Canvas on Demand and Art.com and both places have good quality controls and my other pieces look professionally wrapped, very neat corners and good tension on the wood. However this piece was not quite up to par, hence the 4 stars.
Pros:
-The wood frame is wrapped on a well built 1 1/4 inch think ply wood.
-The colors on this charming reprint are subtitle in the right places and pops on in right places, very lovely.
-The overall appearance on the wall is good, it looks very substantial,not flimsy or cheap looking.

Cons:
-The wrap work was is a bit shoddy. Not awful and if didn't own other professional canvas wraps I may never have known the difference in quality. This bothered me most
-There is a very obvious lighter colored printed edge on my piece, this adds to the mount having a very crooked appearance.
My husband noticed it too and I think it bothered him more than me.
-The tension is off a bit- not warped looking at first but evident when hung on the wall.
-Side edges are painted black, normally a great touch, generally enhances the look. This one looks like someone painted the black edge ( like a guide) on the canvas before wrap mounting it and its not straight or clean looking at all. The gaps along the side edges show up due to the black contrast painted edge on the side wall and pronounces the crooked look.
-Fabric was not trimmed well and it was folded on the back this dose effect the appearance with the extra bulk of the canvas on the back of the wood effects the flush seating on the wall and adds to that warped look. Not good.
-I could not quite put my finger on it but to me it looks like the actual canvas fabric weave is just not the same grade/ quality as my other pieces. This would explain a lot if the foundation is not great quality.
